To make your life easy, we collect prescriptions from Garthdee Medical Group, Great Western Medical Practice, Holburn Medial Group, Albyn Medical Practice, Rubislaw Medical Group, Hamilton Medical Group, Carden Medical Centre, Whinhill Medical Practice and Denburn Medical Practice. The prescriptions are then dispensed and ready for you to collect at the pharmacy, alternatively you can use our free prescription delivery service.

Urinary Tract Infection: We can now provide treatment to females aged 16-65 with uncomplicated urinary tract infections. The common symptoms of a urinary tract infection are:
If you think you may have a urinary tract infection, the pharmacy can be your first port of call for a consultation with our pharmacist. They can then provide treatment, or if necessary, refer you to the GP practice.
Shingles: We can provide treatment for adults aged 18 or over who present with the symptoms of shingles. The first signs of shingle can be:
A rash will appear a few days later. If you think you may have shingles, our pharmacist can diagnose and, if appropriate, provide treatment. If there are any concerns we will refer you to the GP practice.
Skin Infections: We can treat patients aged 18 or over who have the symptoms of a skin infection. A skin infection will normally present with an area of skin being hot, swollen and painful. If you suffer from any of these symptoms, come to the pharmacy for a consultation with our pharmacist They will then provide treatment if appropriate, or if there are any concerns, refer you to the GP practice.
Impetigo: We can provide treatment for Impetigo to adults and children over 2 years. Impetigo normally presents as a crusty rash around the mouth or nose, it can be highly contagious but is effectively treated with antibiotic cream. If you think you or your child may have impetigo, our pharmacist can assess the symptoms, and if required provide treatment without the need for a GP appointment If there are any concerns we will refer you to the GP practice.
